This form has been prepared pursuant to Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation (the Turkish regulation governing contracts concluded at a distance, such as online sales) in order to inform the consumer before a distance contract is concluded. The details of the service purchased and the prices are taken from the order summary generated in the customer panel at the time of ordering and added to this form.

2. Main characteristics of the service
The Seller provides domain name registration, transfer and renewal, web hosting (shared, cPanel/Plesk), reseller hosting, VPS, VDS, game server, dedicated (physical) server, Sectigo SSL certificate, corporate email and TÜRKPATENT (Turkish Patent and Trademark Office) trademark registration consultancy services. Software development, mobile application, website design and digital marketing (advertising management) services are outside the scope of this form and are subject to a separate project agreement. The package name, technical specifications, resource limits and service term of the purchased service are set out on the relevant product page and in the order summary.
For fixed-term services, the contract is concluded for the selected service period (monthly, annual, etc.) and, unless the consumer chooses otherwise, is renewed for the same period at the end of the period. The consumer may prevent renewal by cancelling the service from the customer panel before the end of the period.
3. Total price
Prices on the website are shown "+VAT". The total price of the service including taxes is clearly shown in the order summary before the order is confirmed. No separate delivery charge is made for services performed electronically. Official fees such as domain name fees and TÜRKPATENT official fees are stated separately in the order summary. The price for the renewal period is notified in the renewal invoice.
4. Payment information
Payment may be made by bank transfer/EFT to the Seller's bank account listed on the Bank Accounts page or, where offered in the customer panel, by credit/debit card. Card payments are collected through licensed payment institutions; card details are not stored by the Seller. The Seller does not request any security deposit.
5. Performance (delivery) information
The services do not involve physical delivery and are performed electronically. Web hosting and corporate email accounts and domain name registration/renewal transactions are initiated immediately upon confirmation of payment; access details are sent to the registered email address and to the customer panel. VPS, VDS, game servers and dedicated servers are performed upon completion of installation, SSL certificates upon completion of the certificate authority's validation process, and trademark applications after the consumer provides the necessary information and approval.
6. Right of withdrawal and exception
As a rule, in distance contracts the consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date the contract is concluded, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. Notice of withdrawal may be given within this period in writing to [email protected], via a customer panel support request, or to the address Hacı Abdi Mah. Sofa Sk. No:40/7 Battalgazi / Malatya.
Pursuant to Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, services performed instantly by electronic means, and pursuant to Article 15/1-(h), services whose performance begins with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period expires, are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Since the Seller's domain name, web hosting, server, SSL and corporate email services begin to be performed instantly upon confirmation of payment, you cannot exercise your right of withdrawal if you approve the immediate commencement of the service when placing the order.
For the trademark registration consultancy service, you may exercise your right of withdrawal until performance of the service begins with your approval. In the event of withdrawal, the fee is refunded within 14 days from the date your notice reaches the Seller.
Nevertheless, for shared web hosting services (excluding reseller hosting), the Seller offers a refund within 15 days of the date of purchase. Domain names, SSL certificates, server licences and official fees (TRABİS/ICANN/TÜRKPATENT fees) are outside this scope. For details, please review the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
7. Complaints and objections
You may submit your requests and complaints to [email protected], by telephone on +90 (422) 333 01 12, or through the customer panel support system. In the event of a dispute, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees at your place of residence or where you purchased the service, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts for disputes exceeding these limits.
8. Personal data and other documents
The personal data you share during the order is processed within the scope of the KVKK Privacy Notice (KVKK: Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698). The terms of use of the service are set out in the Service Agreement, and the rights and obligations of the parties in the Distance Sales Agreement.
9. Confirmation
This Pre-contractual Information Form is shown to the consumer in the customer panel before the order is confirmed and is confirmed by the consumer by electronic means. The order cannot be completed without confirmation. The confirmed form is sent, together with the contract, to the consumer's registered email address.
