On web hosting plans and on the Reseller Pro and Reseller Business plans, each account runs within its own resource limits; a traffic spike on another site on the same server does not slow down yours.

On the SME Business, Pro Business and reseller plans, your files and databases are backed up every day. You can restore a backup from the panel or ask our support team to do it.
