LiteSpeed Web Server

Under heavy traffic, LiteSpeed answers more requests than Apache while using fewer resources. With LSCache, pages are cached at the server level, so your site loads faster.

Enterprise-grade NVMe SSD

NVMe drives offer much higher read and write speeds than SATA SSDs. The difference is especially noticeable on database-driven sites.

Business email and spam protection

You send and receive email with addresses such as [email protected]. Because SPF, DKIM and DMARC records come preconfigured, your messages are less likely to end up in the spam folder.

CloudLinux and LVE isolation

Each account's CPU and RAM usage runs within its own limits. A traffic spike on another site on the same server does not slow down yours.

Free site migration

With the SME Business and Pro Business plans, we move your websites, databases and email from your current provider free of charge. Your site stays online during the migration.

Automatic backups

The SME Business plan includes daily automatic backups; the Pro Business plan adds a daily external backup with Acronis. You can restore the backup from any day through the panel or ask our support team to do it.

Frequently asked questions about web hosting

How can I move my website to Kilitkutu?
After ordering hosting, open a support ticket and send us the cPanel or FTP details from your previous provider. Our systems team moves your site, database and email to our servers, and we plan the DNS switch together with you to keep downtime to a minimum. Migration is free with the SME Business and Pro Business plans.
Which control panels do you use?
We use cPanel or Plesk Panel; you choose the one you prefer when ordering. With either panel you can install WordPress in one click and manage your databases and email accounts.
Will my emails land in the spam folder?
With the right settings this risk is very low. We configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC and reverse DNS (rDNS) records automatically and continuously monitor the reputation of our server IP addresses. For details, see our business email page.
Can I buy hosting if my domain is registered with another provider?
Yes. You do not need to move your domain; simply replace the nameserver addresses with ours in the panel of the company where it is registered. If you wish, you can also transfer your domain to Kilitkutu.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. When you move to a higher plan, your files, email and databases stay in the same account; only your resource limits increase. The price difference is calculated based on the remaining term.
Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied?
For web hosting services, you can request a refund within 15 days of purchase without giving a reason. Services such as domains, SSL and licenses are not eligible for refunds. Details are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
