Frequently asked questions from international clients

Can companies outside Turkey buy your services?
Yes. Hosting, servers, SSL certificates and software development can be ordered and managed entirely online. For some services, such as .com.tr domains and trademark applications, there are eligibility or filing rules, which we explain before you start.
Where are your servers located?
Our servers are in data centers in Türkiye. This gives low latency to users in Türkiye and generally good connectivity to the Middle East and Southeast Europe. If most of your users are in North America, a server in Turkey is usually not the best choice, and we will tell you so.
Can a foreign company register a .com.tr domain?
Foreign individuals and companies resident in Türkiye with a foreign identification number or a Turkish tax number can apply. Additional conditions may apply to applicants abroad without such a connection to Türkiye, so we check your case before registration. Our guide on how to register a .com.tr domain explains the rules.
Can a foreign company register a trademark in Turkey?
Yes. Applicants residing outside Turkey must file through a trademark attorney registered with TÜRKPATENT. We help with the pre-search, class selection and preparation, and tell you before you start how the filing will be made in your case. If you already own a trademark in the UAE, the UK or the US, you can also designate Turkey through the Madrid Protocol administered by WIPO.
Which languages do you work in?
Turkish, English and Arabic. The website, quotes and support are available in all three languages.
In which currency are your prices?
Prices on our website are in Turkish lira (TRY) and exclude VAT. Before you order, we confirm in writing the final amount, the payment method and how VAT applies to your company.
Do you develop software for clients abroad?
Yes. We work remotely with a written scope, a stage-based payment plan and regular demos. On request, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share your idea, and the contract sets out who owns the source code. You can start with the project form.
