Do I need company documents for a .com.tr domain?
No. Under TRABİS rules, .com.tr domains are allocated without documents and instantly. Whether you are an individual or a company, you can register an available .com.tr domain within minutes.
Can you move my existing site to Kilitkutu?
Yes. Site migration is free on the SME Business and Pro Business plans; our team moves your files, databases and email accounts. We plan the DNS switchover together so that downtime is kept to a minimum.
What are the business email limits on your hosting plans?
Account and quota limits vary by plan; the details are in the plan table. Every plan comes with SPF, DKIM and DMARC records preconfigured, which reduces the risk of the emails you send landing in spam folders. You can use your accounts on Outlook, iPhone and Android devices.
Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with the hosting service?
For web hosting services, you can request a refund without giving a reason within 15 days of the purchase date. Services such as domains, SSL and licences, as well as official fees, are not covered by refunds. For details, see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Do you also develop mobile apps and custom software?
Yes. We develop iOS and Android apps, custom web-based software, corporate websites and e-commerce projects. If you describe your idea using the project form, we clarify the scope together in a free initial meeting and send you a written quote.
When does protection begin after a trademark application is filed?
Protection applies from the date and time the application is entered into the TÜRKPATENT system. You can continue to use your trademark while the registration process is ongoing.
