Games

Supported games

Because you have administrator rights on the server, you can run almost any game that has published server files. Below are the most commonly installed games and what you need to know about each one.

Minecraft (Java and Bedrock)

You can install Paper, Spigot, Fabric, Forge or Bedrock Dedicated Server. In the Java edition, world updates are mostly processed on a single core, so processor frequency matters more than the number of cores.

FiveM (GTA V roleplay)

Cfx.re server files (server artifacts) run on Windows and Linux, and txAdmin can be used for management. The server requires a Cfx.re license key, and players need an original copy of GTA V.

CS2 (Counter-Strike 2)

The dedicated server is installed and updated with SteamCMD. For public servers, you need to set a Game Server Login Token (GSLT) obtained from Steam.

Rust

Installed with SteamCMD; Oxide/uMod or Carbon is used for plugins. As the map grows and the player count increases, RAM requirements rise noticeably.

MTA:SA

Multi Theft Auto: San Andreas servers need few resources and run on Windows or Linux. Roleplay and racing modes can be built with Lua-based resources.

ARK: Survival Ascended

Official dedicated server files are released for Windows only and installed with SteamCMD. Because it is based on Unreal Engine 5, it requires plenty of RAM and a powerful processor.

Valheim

Installed with SteamCMD on Windows and Linux, and uses few resources. Mods can be added with BepInEx; for small groups, the entry package is usually sufficient.

Palworld

The dedicated server is installed with SteamCMD on Windows and Linux. Since memory usage can grow the longer the server stays up, we recommend plenty of RAM and regular restarts.

Garry's Mod

The Source-based server (srcds) is installed with SteamCMD; mods such as DarkRP and TTT are added through the Steam Workshop. Performance is determined mainly by single-core speed.

Games not on the list: We also provide setup support for other games with Linux or Windows server files, such as Terraria, Project Zomboid, 7 Days to Die and Unturned. Tell us about your game and we will choose the right package together.

Choosing a package

Which package is right for you?

The table shows the packages we recommend as a starting point, by game and community size.

Minecraft modpack (Forge/Fabric)Game ProGame ProGame Ultra
FiveM (GTA V RP)Game StarterGame ProGame Ultra

Recommendations are approximate: Actual resource requirements vary with the number of mods and plugins, map size, the number of concurrently connected players and server settings. For this reason, we do not commit to a specific player capacity; as your needs grow, you can move to a higher package without migrating your data. For resource planning, see our Game Server Rental Guide.

Infrastructure

Infrastructure built for game servers

A game server needs different things from a website: instant response, stable single-core performance and protection against UDP attacks. Our packages are designed around these three points.

High-frequency dedicated cores

Cores are reserved for your server alone, so the load on other servers does not reduce your tick rate. A high clock speed reduces latency in games that rely on a single core.

DDoS protection tuned for game traffic

Most game traffic arrives over UDP. UDP and TCP filters are tuned to strip out malicious traffic without disconnecting players.

Turkey location

Your server runs in a data center in Turkey. Players connecting from Turkey usually have lower ping than on servers located abroad.

NVMe storage

World saves, map loading and database operations are quick on NVMe storage. Stutters during autosave are reduced.

Root / administrator access

You have full authority on Windows or Linux. You install software such as mods, plugins, bots and databases yourself, and configure ports yourself.

Game panel setup

With the Game Pro and Game Ultra packages, we install a game panel such as Pterodactyl free of charge; with the Starter package it is installed on request. You can start and stop the server, access the console and manage files from your browser.

Snapshot backups

Snapshots are taken weekly with the Game Pro package and daily with the Game Ultra package. If a major update or mod change goes wrong, you can roll back to the previous state.

Fast delivery

Once payment is confirmed, the operating system is installed automatically and your access details usually arrive by email within minutes.

24/7 technical support

You can reach our team at any hour of the day for network, access and server issues. We also offer guidance on game server settings during setup.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions about game servers

How does DDoS protection protect my game server?
It filters malicious traffic by separating it from player connections. Attacks on game servers mostly come over UDP; on Game VDS packages, UDP and TCP traffic is filtered according to game profiles. No protection can block every attack completely, so we recommend notifying our support team during an attack.
Should I choose Windows or Linux?
Linux, for most games. Minecraft, CS2, Rust, Valheim, Palworld, FiveM and MTA:SA servers run efficiently on Linux and use fewer resources. Choose Windows for games such as ARK: Survival Ascended, whose server files are released only for Windows, or if you use Windows-specific tools. If you are not sure, tell us about your game and we will decide together.
Can I install mods and plugins?
Yes. Since you have administrator rights, you can install any mod yourself, including Minecraft plugins and modpacks, FiveM resources, Oxide/uMod plugins and Workshop content. Complying with the license terms of mods and plugins is your responsibility.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes. When your community grows, you can move to the Game Pro or Game Ultra package without migrating your data. The server may need a brief restart during the upgrade; we recommend scheduling it at a time when few players are online.
How quickly will my game server be delivered?
Usually within minutes. Once your payment is confirmed, the operating system you selected is installed automatically and your access details are sent by email. If you requested a game panel installation, our team completes this step separately.
What ping will my players connect with?
We cannot give an exact figure, because ping varies with each player's internet provider, city and home network. Since our servers are in Turkey, players connecting from Turkey usually play with noticeably lower ping than on servers located abroad.
